Minding Your Mind's primary objective is to provide mental health education to adolescents, teens, and young adults, and the adults in their lives. Our goal is to end the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues. Minding Your Mind's programs move away from crisis-based response to prevention through education. Meet our speakers, read testimonials, and learn more about the programs we offer at our website: www.mindingyourmind.org
