Absences and Latenesses
A parent/guardian must report their student's absence on this Google Form before 9 AM the day of your student’s absence. Please provide the parent's email, student’s name, student number, date of absence, and reason.

Additional Absence, Lateness, and Early Dismissal Information
An absence card is due in the day a student returns, failure to do so will result in demerits. One demerit will be given for each day the card is late. If a student is absent for three or more days, a note from a doctor and an absence note are required.
Students will enter through the East Entrance doors until 8:30 AM. If arriving after 8:30, students will enter through the main office. Latenesses due to appointments requires a doctor's note. Arriving late to school without a doctor’s note will result in demerits. Twelve unexcused lates will equal one absence.
A note with a valid signature must be submitted to the attendance office before homeroom for all early dismissals. Repeated failure to follow early dismissal procedures will result in demerits.
