Marching Band Performs by Hershey Park

The COHS Marching' Band participated in the Music Showcase Festival by Hershey Park on May 16 and had an excellent performance, as well as receiving section awards for both Color Guard and Trombone. Way to go, Roarin' Lions!

Band & Guard Banquet

The annual COHS Band & Guard banquet was held on Sunday, May 17, at Paxon Hollow CC. Students were recognized for their participation in the myriad ensembles that O'Hara's program offers, including Marching & Concert Band, Jazz Band, Drumline, and Indoor Guard.

Special awards were presented to select students. The list of seniors that received nationally recognized awards includes:

National Marching Band Award: Angela Ponce and Louis Armstrong.

Jazz Award: Brian Fornwalt and John Philip Sousa.

Band Award: JaVonna Shorts
