A Lion's growth doesn't transpire solely in the classroom, it also occurs far beyond the formal academic setting we offer. The entire student experience at O'Hara extends into a community-like atmosphere filled with a variety student-led clubs and activities that encourage every Lion to explore new avenues. The programs we offer outside of the classroom build lifelong friendships and make every student feel like O'Hara is their second home. Through extracurricular activities and getting involved at school, our students don't just attend classes, they discover who they are.

Being a part of Student Council has made my experience at O'Hara more meaningful by giving me the chance to serve my school and connect with others. It has helped me grow as a leader, step outside my comfort zone, and become more confident. The opportunities I've had through Student Council have made me feel like a valued part of the O'Hara community.

Clubs
We offer dozens of clubs at our school so every student has the opportunity to find new purpose. Clubs like robotics, color guard, ultimate frisbee, art, and many more are the heartbeat of our student experience allowing our Lions to transform from classroom learners into active community members.
Activities
Through activities and events like DHDM, Operation Santa, Marching Band, Choir, Big Buddy, and Community Service Corps, every student can be a part of something. The activities we offer are a cornerstone for the holistic and overall experience we provide to our students and families.
Leadership Opportunities
We empower our Lions to become dedicated leaders that inspire change. We encourage all of our students to get involved in leadership opportunities like NHS, Student Council, and the Lion Ambassadors program to develop future readiness and personal growth.
