Tuition for freshmen, sophomores and juniors for the 2018 - 2019 school year is $7,650. The school fee for freshmen, sophomores and juniors is $2,350. Book fees, lab fees, athletic fees, course fees, parking fees, activity fees, MacBook Air insurance and the use of a MacBook Air are included. Tuition for the 2019 -2020 school year will be announced in early spring.
Tuition for seniors for the 2018 -2019 school year is $7,650. The school fee for seniors is $1,910. Book fees, lab fees, athletic fees, course fees, parking fees and activity fees are included. There will also be a separate $250 graduation fee for seniors.
The Office of Catholic Education has outsourced its tuition and fees system to Smart Tuition.
Once you set up an account with Smart Tuition you will be able to:
Select whether you will pay annually, quarterly or monthly
Select whether your monthly payment will be due on the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month
Select your preference for invoices – emailed invoices or paper invoices
Set up automatic payments from your bank account, credit card, etc
Please note that the Diocese will change to FACTS in May for the collection of tuition and school fees during the 2018-2019 school year. More information will be distributed by the end of the current school year.
Cardinal O'Hara High School remains committed to providing financial support for students who seek an O'Hara education.
The application process opens on November 1, 2017. Financial aid applications for the Diocese and Cardinal O’Hara will now be processed by FACTS. The online financial aid application can be accessed here: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. You are encouraged to complete the application by December 31, 2017, for first priority.
You are required to complete the financial aid application online using your 2017 tax information. You can be considered for aid after submitting the online application and $30 application fee. However, you then must submit your 2017 tax return by March 15, 2018, for verification.
Please note that financial aid will only be awarded to students who are currently enrolled or have been accepted to O'Hara for the 2018-2019 school year and have also completed the FACTS application.
