Step 2: ENTRANCE EXAM
All applicants must take the Entrance Exam to be considered for admission.
Wednesday, March 21, 2018, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2018, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
You can register up until two days before a test date. The registration fee for the Exam is $35.00 and must be paid via credit card through the link below.
To register for the exam: 1) visit hsptreg.stsusers.com 2) when prompted, enter Cardinal O'Hara's access code:Z3
Step 3: RECORDS RELEASE FORM
Download the Records Release Form, available on the right side of this page. Parents should sign the Release form and submit it the student’s current school. (Do not send this form to Cardinal O’Hara. That will only delay the process!) Ask the school to send the completed form to the admissions office at O’Hara at email@example.com.
It is helpful to submit the request to the current school with a stamped return envelope and a request that it be done within 7 days. It is not essential that the student’s 8th grade report card be included. Parents can send a copy at a later date when it is available.
Step 4: FINANCIAL AID AND MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
Cardinal O'Hara High School remains committed to providing financial support for students who seek an O'Hara education.
The application process opens on November 1, 2017. Financial aid applications for the Diocese and Cardinal O’Hara will now be processed by FACTS. The online financial aid application can be accessed here: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. You are encouraged to complete the application by December 31, 2017, for first priority.
You are required to complete the financial aid application online using your 2017 tax information. You can be considered for aid after submitting the online application and $30 application fee. However, you then must submit your 2017 tax return by March 15, 2018, for verification.
Please note that financial aid will only be awarded to students who are currently enrolled or have been accepted to O'Hara for the 2018-2019 school year and have also completed the FACTS application.
If you have any questions regarding the application process, you can call Cardinal O’Hara’s finance officer, Ms. Denise Todd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
