ULTIMATE FRISBEE

Ultimate Frisbee plays a fall season, which is their teaching season, since most players have never played the sport before. They play in a couple of tournaments, a short season of games and host a tournament at O'Hara in the fall. Spring is their official season leading up to the league championship and qualification for states. They have a full schedule of games, play in 2 or more tournaments and play in the regional championships. Ultimate Frisbee has a senior night game and presentation on an evening on the turf and an alumni game in the summer. They start winter training/conditioning 2 days a week around February and practice in the basement hallway and stairwell unless the weather permits them to be outside. Ultimate Frisbee will begin practice on Tuesday, September 13, at 3:45 - 4:45 field to be announced. They will have an informational meeting immediately following practice and parents are welcome to come.
