Open House

Discover the O'Hara difference and the impact being a Lion can have on a student's future. We invite prospective families to explore our campus, meet our dedicated staff, and experience firsthand why being an O'Hara student is so meaningful. Open House will offer families a unique opportunity to tour our facilities, engage with current students, and learn about our approach to education. Open House will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 12:00 - 2:30 PM. Click here to register for our fall Open House and immerse yourself into the Lion culture!

Additional Opportunities to Visit

8th Grade Scholarship Test

Take the 8th Grade Scholarship Test at O'Hara on Tuesday, September 29 or Saturday, October 3. Students only have to complete the 8th Grade Scholarship Test once and scores can be sent to as many as three AOP High Schools. 8th graders enrolled at AOP Elementary Schools and Independent Mission Schools of the Archdiocese will take the HSPT test during the school year. 8th graders who attend a public/private/charter elementary school must register to take the test. Capitalize on academic scholarship opportunities by registering for the 8th Grade Scholarship Test!

Shadow Days

Shadow a current Cardinal O'Hara student for a day and explore the #Lion4Life culture! A student must submit an application before scheduling a shadow day. Please arrive at 8:45 AM at the school’s main entrance and the day will conclude at 1:40 PM. Lunch will be provided. Students should wear their current school uniform and those without a school uniform should wear semi-formal attire. Email nicole.maginnis@cohs.com for further information on shadow days
