When you complete your application you will be able to directly request records be sent to O'Hara from your student's current school to make the process more seamless.
The following documents are needed in order for your child’s application to become complete, and for the review process to begin:
-
Academic Records (most updated current year and full report cards 6th and 7th grade academic years)
-
All Conduct and Attendance Records
-
Most recent Standardized Test Scores (i.e. PSSA, Terra Nova, IOWA, SSAT, PSAT, etc.)
-
If applicable: IEP including evaluation and reevaluation report; 504 plan
If for some reason your school is not listed, please download the

submit it to your child’s current school principal/guidance office so they can send us your child's records directly.
OR
If your child's school has already provided you with official academic records and standardized test scores for your child, you can submit them online through your Cardinal O’Hara admissions portal.
