Upon completing an application, families should request their student's records be sent directly to our Admissions Department.
The following documents are necessary when reviewing applications:

Academic Records (most updated current year and full report cards 6th and 7th grade academic years)

All Conduct and Attendance Records

Most recent Standardized Test Scores (i.e. PSSA, Terra Nova, IOWA, SSAT, PSAT, etc.)

If applicable: IEP including evaluation and reevaluation report; 504 plan
Families can either download the
Request for Release of Records to
submit to your child’s current school principal/guidance office or submit them online through your Cardinal O’Hara admissions portal.
