How to Apply

When you complete your application you will be able to directly request records be sent to O'Hara from your student's current school to make the process more seamless.

 

The following documents are needed in order for your child’s application to become complete, and for the review process to begin:

If for some reason your school is not listed, please download the Request for Release of Records. Complete the form and submit it to your child’s current school principal/guidance office so they can send us your child's records directly.

 

 

If your child's school has already provided you with official academic records and standardized test scores for your child, you can submit them online through your Cardinal O’Hara admissions portal. Click here to log in to your portal!

Click the link below to view our current tuition forecast and payment options, along with information regarding applying for financial aid using the FACTS application!  **Please note that financial aid will only be awarded to students who are currently enrolled or have been accepted to O'Hara for the upcoming school year and have also completed the FACTS application.** 

 

 

A decision letter will be mailed to each applicant after review of his/her records by mid-December. After the first round of letters are released, application review will continue on a rolling basis for the remainder of the year.
