Senior Julia McGrath was profiled by the Catholic Standard & Times as representative of almost 2000 archdiocesan Community Service Corps members who participate in Operation Santa Clause. Collecting, wrapping, and distributing toys is part of a yearly ritual accomplished by these "elves."

As Julia stated: Operation Santa Clause is just and amazing experience. The celebration of Christmas is, according to Julia, a reminder that "He is here. He is real and He is with us every day."
