Starting with the 2015-16 school year, the Office of Catholic Education outsourced its tuition and fees system to Smart Tuition
Once you set up an account with Smart Tuition
you will be able to:
- Select whether you will pay annually, quarterly or monthly
- Select whether your monthly payment will be due on the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month.
- Select your preference for invoices – emailed invoices or paper invoices.
- Set up automatic payments from your bank account, credit card, etc.
We strongly encourage parents to set up automatic payments with Smart to ensure that the payments are made on time. If you use automatic payments for your tuition for the entire year, the Archdiocese will provide you with a $35 credit at the end of the year. If you choose to make payments by mail, you will need to allow more time for the payment to reach Smart Tuition to avoid being charged late fees. Late fees will automatically be charged if you do not pay the balance due by the due date you selected each month.
In May, we will invoice you for the first $650 of the $1250 annual school fee and we ask that you remit payment no later than June 12. The remaining balance of $600 can be paid in 2 installments of $300 each due by October 30 and January 31.
Archdiocesan policies require that all tuition and fees from the prior year be paid in order for a student to return in September. If you have not paid past-due tuition and fees by August 15 when rosters are sent out, your child/guardian will be dropped from the school’s rolls.
