Rugby is available to all boys from Freshman to Senior classes.

Any Cardinal O'Hara student athlete interested in playing must complete all of the required forms prior to participating in any practice, scrimmage or official match.

PIAA Pre-participation Physical Evaluation
(multi sport athletes may use fully executed copy from 2012 Fall Season sports)
Cardinal O'Hara R.F.C. Waiver of Liability
Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment
Rugby Pennsylvania Player Code of Conduct
USA Rugby Membership and Waiver & Release of Liability
(completed online by coaching staff once dues and all other forms are submitted)
2012-13 Ad Book
Ad Book sales are a major source of funding for the Rugby Club. In addition to the $100 annual participation fee, players are required to sell $100 worth of ads. Players selling more than $125 in ads will get a dollar-for-dollar discount on their dues.
