NO ATHLETE CAN TRY-OUT FOR A SPORT WITHOUT A PIAA PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE ATHLETIC OFFICE. THE LINK FOR THE PHYSICAL FORM NEEDED IS BELOW.
THERE IS A FORM FOR THE 2013-2014 FALL SEASON SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE UPDATED FORM.
**Please note that the PIAA Physical Form is new for 2013-14 that has an additional sections relating to Concussions( Section 3) and Sudden Cardiac Arrest ( Section 4). This is the revised form that needs to be used so make sure you bring correct form to doctor.** Your Doctor will need to fill out Section 6. The subsequent pages 7 thru 9 are not necessary to fill out for fall soccer.

Tryouts for Girls Soccer JV & Varsity Teams for Fall Season of 2013 will take place as follows:
Monday August 12, thru Friday August 16 from 8:15 to 11:45AM for Morning Sessions- All players, Varsity and JV will be timed in a mile run on the track, either on the 1st or 2nd day of tryouts (Aug.12 or 13). Varsity players are expected to attain 7:00 Minutes or less and JV Players should get 8:00 Minutes or less. We will also run 40 yard sprints and other interval and conditioning runs.Players will also be evaluated on their ball skills, kicking ability with both feet, tactical knowlwdge, field awareness, etc.
There may also be evening sessions that same week from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for Freshman & Sophomores on Monday and Wednesday /// Juniors and Seniors on Tuesday and Thursday.
Practice will continue from August 19 on for all athletes that make the JV or Varsity teams.
SOCCER CAMP- There is a link below for the upcoming 2013 soccer camp at O'Hara turf field from August 5th to 8th( Mon-Thurs) from 5 to 8 PM. This camp will be facilitated by English Soccer Players who are now college and high school coaches in the area. This camp is not mandatory, but highly encouraged for incoming freshman and returning players to work on their skills and conditioning and team chemistry. Please register at your earliest convenience so that we can plan on the right number of camp instructors. Any questions,let me know. Mr. Kutys
